RETURN POLICY

Given the process of custom orders, Lumber Juan is not liable to offer a refund for custom furniture if the project has been started. If you have placed an order, but we have not started the order, we will return to you a full refund (minus a 10% return fee and any charges that we incurred during the process). Credit card transactions fees are non-refundable.

Proof of purchase is required for a refund, and upon receiving the return, your item will be inspected. After the inspection is satisfactory, exchanges, credits, and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping and re-stocking fees may apply. We are not required to accept returns on damaged products unless the damage occurred in shipping or is a manufacturer's error. Nature of reclaimed wood is not an error.
